Mean-minded people burn violently with the fire of jealousy upon seeing the fame and success of others. Unable to ever reach that high position themselves, they resort to relentlessly criticizing and slandering the successful person.

হীন বা নিচ প্রকৃতির মানুষেরা অন্যের যশ ও সাফল্যের আগুন দেখে তীব্র ঈর্ষায় জ্বলতে থাকে। নিজেরা কোনোদিনও সেই উচ্চ স্থানে পৌঁছোতে অক্ষম বলে, তারা তখন কেবল সেই সফল ব্যক্তির নিন্দায় মেতে ওঠে।
