বিদ্যার গুণ কামধেনুর (স্বর্গীয় গাভী) ন্যায়, যা অসময়ে বা বিপদের দিনেও ফল প্রদান করে। বিদেশে বিদ্যা মায়ের মতো রক্ষা করে। তাই বিদ্যাকে সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ গুপ্তধন বলে মনে করা হয়।
